Shipping and Delivery
This page explains how Sharma Interiors ("we", "us", "our"), trading as SDecors, ships and delivers orders, and what to expect from natural and printed materials in terms of batch and color variation.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order, based on the product, quantity and your location. Custom and made-to-order items generally take longer than in-stock items; your quotation or order confirmation will state the expected timeline for your specific order.
Delivery areas
We deliver across India for both retail and wholesale orders. Delivery to remote areas may take longer and could carry additional freight charges, which will be confirmed before dispatch.
Wooden flooring, wall panels and UV marble sheets are produced in batches. Grain, veining and finish can vary slightly between batches, even within the same product line. Where exact matching across a room or project is important, please confirm you are ordering from a single batch before we dispatch.
Wallpaper, laminates and printed panels can vary in shade between production runs, and colors on screen or in a physical sample may differ slightly from the delivered product due to lighting, screen calibration or dye-lot differences. We recommend confirming against a current physical sample before placing a large order.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect your order on arrival before signing for it, where possible. If any item is damaged in transit, incomplete or does not match your confirmed order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, at sales@sdecors.in or +91 83681 21845, so we can arrange a resolution.
Risk of loss
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at the time of order.
