FAQ

Common questions from buyers.

What's the difference between broadloom and tile carpet?

Broadloom is supplied in large rolls and glued down across a full floor, giving a seamless look for big open areas, while modular tiles are laid individually, which makes partial repairs, cable access and reconfiguration much easier over time.

Is fire-rated carpet available?

Yes, fire-rated carpet is available on request for commercial and hospitality projects with specific compliance requirements; let us know the rating your project needs.

How is carpet flooring installed?

Carpet is installed either glue-down, bonding the material directly to the subfloor for a permanent fit, or tile-and-release, using a low-tack adhesive so individual tiles can be lifted and replaced without disturbing the rest of the floor.
