Sharma Interiors ("we", "us", "our"), trading as SDecors, respects the privacy of everyone who visits sdecors.in or contacts us to enquire about our products. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, primarily through the quote request form, the dealer application form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Depending on which of these you use, this can include:

• Your name, company name, phone number and email address
• Project details such as city, area, product category and measurements
• For dealer applications: business type, GST number and approximate order volume
• Files you choose to upload, such as BOQs, architectural drawings or site photos

We do not knowingly collect information through the website beyond what you submit yourself in these forms.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare samples and pricing, process and fulfil orders, evaluate dealer applications, and provide ordinary customer service and after-sales support. We do not use it for automated profiling or to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Marketing outreach

Where you tick the marketing checkbox on our contact or dealer forms, we use your phone number and email address to send product updates, new-arrival notices and offers by WhatsApp, SMS or email. We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in. Ticking this checkbox is always optional and separate from agreeing to this policy, and leaving it unticked does not affect our ability to respond to your enquiry or order.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, trade or rent any personal data to third parties. All information you submit remains strictly internal and is only accessible to authorised Sharma Interiors employees, for the sole purpose of processing enquiries, managing projects, and providing customer service.

Data retention

We keep your personal data until you ask us to delete it. Records tied to an invoice, order or payment are kept for a minimum of 3 years from the date of the transaction, as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law, even if you request deletion sooner. Enquiry and marketing-consent data with no associated order is deleted on request at any time.

Cookies

This website currently uses only strictly necessary cookies — the minimum required for basic website functionality, security, and to ensure that our contact and enquiry forms submit correctly. We do not use invasive third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but access to submitted enquiries is restricted to authorised employees as described above.

Opting out

You can stop marketing messages at any time, without affecting any active order or enquiry, by:

• Replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp or SMS message from us
• Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

Children's privacy

Our products and services are directed at businesses and adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
